CHILDREN
When kids are having a hard time, they don't always have the words to
communicate what's happening in their world. Play Therapy can provide a place where your child feels safe to process their emotions, fears, and experiences in a
way that makes sense to them.
ADOLESCENTS
Whether it's academic stress, social pressures, or mental health concerns,
teenagers have a lot on their plate. I offer both counseling and coaching services to help teens develop healthy coping strategies, gain resilience, and prepare for a
bright future.
PARENTS
Growing up isn't easy, and neither is parenting! I work collaboratively with parents to enhance their own emotional well-being and develop positive parenting practices that lead to healthier family dynamics and better outcomes for their children.
ADHD COACHING
Learning to navigate the challenges of ADHD is hard enough, you don't need to do it alone! As someone with ADHD, I am passionate about helping people, young and old, get to know their brain and develop systems that work for them.

MY PROCESS
I believe that "slow is fast." Though we want to see change as quickly as possible, taking the time to develop trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship provides necessary foundation for work that leads to lasting change. Allowing your child the freedom to pace as they are able empowers them to develop a cohesive sense of agency and identity that will last a lifetime.
MY WORK
I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Denver and graduated from Denver Seminary with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a research associate for the School Counseling Mental Health Initiative, where I work to equip school counselors and educators across the state with evidence-based mental health resources and interventions.
